I was honored to be nominated and run for the Leukemia & Lymphoma Society Woman of the Year in 2020. I spent months planning various events and securing sponsorships for the 10 week fundraising campaign. Unfortunately, the pandemic forced us to cancel almost all of our events. We quickly found new ways to fundraise (mostly virtual and through social media) and still successfully raised over $103,000 for patients and their families.
Though the campaign is over, I will continue to advocate and fundraise for this important cause. When you purchase one of the remaining DEEtermined to Find a Cure limited edition Charlie Hustle tees, all proceeds will go directly to LLS.
